Spring is here. April is giving us a lot of sunny days, walking outside in the fresh air, new ideas, plans, inspiration. We want to do everything in one second, but…sometimes we don’t have enough energy for that and it’s not our fault.
During winter, we don’t receive enough vitamins with our food. Gradually, we run out of essential vitamins and macroelements that we store in summer and autumn, which results in dysfunctions of the body. Lack of vitamin in our body leads to weakness, loss of strength, all the while feeling sleepy, falling efficiency.
This year I faced it too. For the first time I was thinking maybe I’m doing smth wrong, why I’m feeling that way if usually I feel great myself. My actions the same, so…and I’ve got an idea – right now my condition doesn’t depend on me. Me, you – we should help our bodies to feel better after a long period of cold weather and lack of vitamins and here some tips:)
What we eat and how we feel are linked in very complex ways. A healthy approach to eating is centered on savoring flavor, eating to satisfaction, and increasing energy. We love our bodies, so, let’s eat more healthy Try to add more whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, and legumes into your meals and you will feel yourself amazing, I promise.
Hi, everybody! I’m a girl who is crazy about coffee) 2 cups or more, no less – it was my small ritual. I was drinking it because of taste, I’ve never been using it for energy. But, 1 week ago I decided to make an experiment and drink only 1 cup of coffee. What can I say…I’m felling better and my skin looks better. Having more energy was probably the most unexpected benefit. I realized that I was not just sad to give up coffee, but more so the ritual of preparing and drinking it. I enjoyed holding the warm cup in my hands and sipping away in the early morning hours.
Giving up coffee was a good decision for me. My health improved and my mood and disposition became happier and less irritable. I gained energy and a clear mind.
Totally worth it.
If you’re wondering how your health might change without coffee in your life, I encourage you to give it a try. Go a week or two without coffee and see what happens. Maybe a coffee-free life is just what you need.
